I humbly offer a cure for depression

Depression is one of the diseases in the 20th century that has affected many people. First, I would like to describe what depression is and what the signs are and offer several points to the people who have problems with this disease. I mean, life has its ups and downs, and one should not mistake depression with feeling blue.

Here is a video link to the article:

If you wish to find the signs for clinical depression, you will find tons of sites and blogs listing these signs. The medication available for this disease of “spirit” somewhat helps. As a person who has experience with this condition, I can tell you that medication only “cure” the symptoms, not the root cause.  The chemical prescribed as medication often manipulate the substance in the brain and create an illusion that depression has gone away.

Let us be honest; when a person is depressed, it is not his brain that is in pain. It is a spirit that wants something from you. Humans consist of three parts. Mind, body, and spirit complex. Please note the below picture:

It is not hard to understand what a body is. Every physical object has a body, so does a human. This is the body we are incarnated at birth. The body we have been incarnated into has full potential to help us to learn and experience what we need in this life cycle. Does this mean that one is capable of doing everything one wishes? Can everyone become a champion in ice hockey? Or tennis?

Theoretically, yes, but imagine two cars. One of the cars is a high-performance car and another one everyday usual car. Both cars can speed up to 150 km/h, but that high-performance can pull up more speed if he wants to.

It would be easier for you to understand if I take another example. Someone by nature is clumsy; although he can theoretically become a brain surgent, in reality, he has no chance to become a surgent.

If you think I am off-topic, please bear with me. I presented the mind, body, and spirit complex, and I will get there, but I have to explain complete relation to understand why you are depressed.

You may think this is unfair; everyone should be born with all potential. Your argument is correct from your point of view but let me give you another example. You go to a restaurant with your friend. You order your favorite food at the restaurant, which is rib eye but your friend orders salad. Each of you gets what you wish, but a person who is watching your orders and prefers rib eye may believe that this is unfair because the other didn’t get rib eye. Does it make sense?

Upon incarnation, each person needs to learn different lessons and experiences. That is why each person is born with different potential.

Please note that I am not talking about race or gender. I am talking about human beings in general.

Next, we go to the spirit complex. Why do I use ord complex? Doesn’t everyone have only one soul? I don’t particularly appreciate using the word soul because during the centuries; this word has been contaminated. Unfortunately, people are more familiar with the word soul. I will use the word spirit complex instead.

What is a spirit complex? The Spirit complex is somewhat more complicated to explain. Please note the picture below:

Although I have explained the parallel realities in my book extensively, I will explain them briefly. At the bottom of the tree is where one starts the journey; During this journey, many options and choices are creating a new reality where one does a different thing there. Not all the choices create a new reality. I take driving as an example. If I can continue with the same speed even if I come to a curve, then no new reality is created, but if I have to decrease my speed to turn, that is the junction point where a new reality is created.

All you need to know that your spirit consists of all of the spirits in all other realities; They are many, and they are one. It is like a glass of water, there are many drops in the glass, but all you see is complete glass and not the drops.

Spirit consists partly of the impression and surrounding environment. Before I go further, I would like to say that the mind consists of the body and spirit complex.

Now we come to the part of why you are depressed and what is the cure for it. Any unbalance between these three parts will cause some problems. The problem with depression is when there is unbalance between the mind and spirit complex. This unbalance is created when the mind disagrees with the spirit complex. The Spirit complex is under a lot of influences from the environment. There are many ways to tackle this problem, but the easiest and the most effortless of them all is meditation.

Do as following:

  • Lay on the bed or somewhere comfortable, which is somewhat dark.
  • Choose relaxing music (here is an example from my Spotify playlist); it should not be so loud.
  • Lots of thoughts will comes to your mind. Do not jump to the next though, keep just one thought and think about and develop. Try to see every angle of that thought. If it is a problem, find a solution or accept it. Do not let go of that thought until you are satisfied.
  • If you are satisfied with the solution or answer you’ve found for the thought, go to the next one.
  • If you feel like crying, cry. This action will lighten your mode.
  • Do not think about breathing; breathe normally.
  • Repeat the process, and if there is a question you need to find an answer for, search for it.

The above will work for most people. Please remember that vibration of the music is essential. What I want to say is that what you listen to is important. Do not choose music with lyrics. The lyrics will cause that you will lose the thought thread.

In the end, I would like to thank you for reading this article, and I hope you liked it. If you liked the article, share it with someone who you care about. I leave you in the light and love of the one infinite creator.
